I put this mix together as a way to keep my mind preoccupied in the weeks following my father’s death one year ago today. Initially I thought I’d never want to actually listen to it, but over this past year I’ve found myself coming back to it. Despite the melancholic tone of the music, it has been a great source of solace. I listened to it again today while out on a short hike and realized I had reached a point where I felt I could share it.
